Besides having a full-time job, going to school, and obtaining nutrition certifications, I have a passion for working out and sharing my wisdom.

I began my fitness journey in 2011 before I joined the Army; I was 22. After I graduated high school, I went through a “find-me” phase, and fortunately, I found the person I didn’t want to be. But when I finally realized it, I gained a tremendous amount of weight.
After meeting with the Army recruiter and taking an in-depth look within, I began putting one foot in front of the other. Within months, I went from 183 and 43% body fat to 146 and 28% body fat, including a substantial mental health makeover.
I was a complete novice; it took trial and error, LOTS of research, dedication, and determination. Fast-forward to today, and I am both physically and mentally fitter at 32 than I was at 22. I take pride in psychically and mentally coaching others to be the best versions of themselves that they can be!
